No two gemstones are ever exactly alike, making every piece uniquely special. 

📌 1. DURING LIVE

Mine = Sold. All mined items are considered final.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours.

Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled by the set deadline (usually the last day of the live event).

No cancellations after the deadline.

Any payments made will be forfeited.

No exchanges after the deadline.

When-worn requests are only accommodated during the live session due to the fast-paced nature of selling.

Additional orders after the live are subject to supplier availability.

Selection will be done by our partner supplier’s sales staff.

We will not be able to personally choose the piece for you.

The item you receive may slightly differ from the one shown during live (e.g., diamond quality, details, finishing).

All items are shipped in bulk internationally and follow strict logistics and customs clearance processes.

Rush shipping is not available.

Once shipped, we are not liable for courier delays, customs holds, or unforeseen transit issues.
